• Application for a patent on e-mail

    The application for a patent in the Patent Office will be submitted directly by e-mail or by post. This provides Ordinance approved by the government for clearance, and the applications for patent, said the government information service. The application for the grant of a patent will be a model of the Patent Office. It must contain the name of the invention, details of the applicant, address and a statement of priority. When the application is sent by post, the date of receipt of correspondence will be considered the date of postal stamp of sending postal station. If the date is illegible, the date of receipt will be deemed the date of placing her in the Patent Office.
